A 1400 W, 125 mm (5") angle grinder with soft start, a dust ejection system, and a compact gear case for tight spaces.

The DEWALT DWE4235 is a professional angle grinder for precise cutting, grinding, and finishing in workshops and fabrication shops. The 1400 W motor gives steady, consistent performance at a no-load speed of about 11,500 RPM, and the 125 mm (5") disc capacity suits a wide range of jobs. The dust ejection system helps improve motor life by pushing dust and debris out of the motor, and the soft start gives a smooth, controlled start-up. The compact gear case and ergonomic grip make it easy to use in confined spaces and over long periods. The tool-free guard adjustment makes setup quick, and the pop-off brushes help protect the motor components. It also has No-Volt Release (NVR) and E-Clutch protection for safer use. It weighs approximately 2.1 kg and has a slide switch. It is made for welders, fabricators, mechanics, and industrial workshops.

Use only wheels with a diameter of 125 mm and a speed rating of at least 11,500 RPM, and use wheels made for the job (a cutting-off wheel for cutting, a grinding wheel for grinding, a diamond blade for tile). Do not use damaged wheels. Let the wheel stop completely before setting the tool down, and unplug it before changing the wheel. Keep sparks away from flammable material.
