A 2200 W, 230 mm (9") heavy-duty angle grinder with an abrasion-protected motor and a two-position side handle.

The DEWALT DWE492-B5 is an industrial-grade angle grinder for heavy cutting, grinding, and polishing in workshops and on construction sites. The 2200 W motor gives strong, reliable performance at a no-load speed of about 6600 RPM, and the 230 mm (9") disc capacity suits large surface grinding and deep cutting. The abrasion-protected motor helps extend tool life. The two-position side handle gives better control and comfort during long jobs, and the spindle lock makes wheel changes quick. A brush window lets you check and replace the carbon brushes quickly without a full strip-down. It runs on 220 V and weighs approximately 5.2 kg. It is made for fabricators, welders, construction workers, and industrial maintenance teams.
