The DongCheng HD116124 24" (600mm) Industrial Cable Cutter is engineered for heavy power utility distribution, substations, industrial wiring infrastructure, and large electrical line maintenance. Forged from high-grade 55# carbon steel, the entire tool body receives full heat treatment while the cutting edges are induction-quenched to deliver high hardness and edge wear resistance.

Featuring 600mm dual-lever tubular steel handles, this heavy cutter delivers mechanical advantage to cleanly slice large copper and aluminum cables up to 250mm² without crushing, distorting, or fraying the inner conductor strands. Engineered specifically for non-ferrous conductors, it is not suitable for ACSR, wire rope, or steel self-supporting strand. Packed in a protective paper box for safe jobsite storage.

Key Features

Heavy 250mm² Cutting Capacity: Easily shears large-gauge electrical feeder lines and multi-strand conductors up to 250mm².
Induction-Quenched Cutting Blades: Hardened cutting edges resist dulling and chipping under heavy repetitive usage.
High-Leverage 24" (600mm) Handles: Long tubular lever arms amplify manual force to minimize operator fatigue.
55# High-Carbon Steel Body: Comprehensive body heat treatment resists frame deformation under high cutting force.
Dedicated Non-Ferrous Shearing: Formulated for copper and aluminum electrical lines (not for ACSR, wire rope, or steel strands).
Paper Box Packaging: Supplied in a durable box for clean storage and transit.

Applications

Slicing large industrial copper and aluminum power distribution cables
Substation switchgear cabling, main service entrances, and transformer connections
Commercial solar farm combiner cables and heavy industrial battery bank feeds
Utility trenching and large electrical infrastructure installations
