The DongCheng D070327 8-Inch (200mm) Heavy-Duty High Leverage Diagonal Cutting Pliers are built for demanding cutting tasks across electrical, mechanical, and industrial applications. Designed with an optimized eccentric joint pivot placed closer to the cutting blades, these pliers deliver 30% more cutting power with significantly reduced hand exertion compared to conventional side cutters.

Forged from high-grade alloy steel with induction-hardened cutting edges, the tool cleanly slices through copper wire, iron wire, and hard steel wire up to 2.0 mm. The head features a durable black anti-rust coating combined with precision polishing, while the ergonomic dual-color TPR handles provide a non-slip, comfortable grip during continuous, repetitive heavy cutting.

Key Features

30% Energy Saving Mechanism: High-leverage eccentric pivot minimizes manual cutting strain while delivering increased blade shearing force.
Heavy-Duty Cutting Capacities: Engineered to cut copper wire (up to 4.0 mm), iron wire (up to 3.0 mm), and tough steel wire (up to 2.0 mm).
Induction-Hardened Blades: High-frequency heat-treated cutting edges remain sharp under repeated industrial and electrical wire-shearing tasks.
Corrosion-Resistant Surface: Black protective finish with fine surface polishing prevents rust, abrasion, and workplace wear.
Ergonomic TPR Grips: Two-color thermoplastic rubber handles offer fatigue-free operation, impact cushioning, and non-slip control.

Applications

Heavy gauge electrical wire, cable trimming, and conductor cutting
Cutting through binding wires, tie wires, fasteners, and hard steel wire up to 2.0 mm
Automotive wiring harness work, engine bay maintenance, and mechanical assembly
Industrial fabrication workshops, construction site utility, and electrical panels
