The gun can be turned in any position without the fear of spilling or interrupting the paint supply, so the operator gets more freedom of movement and better control.

Because there is no cup on the gun, it is lighter and takes less effort to hold. The tank holds a large volume of paint, so refilling is needed less often and takes less time. A mechanical stirrer keeps the paint mixed while you work, which avoids colour variation and lets you thin bulk paint to the right viscosity. A pressure regulator and gauge let you set and read the fluid pressure for fine, controlled work, including HVLP and other low-pressure applications.

The tank is lightweight, easy to handle and built for a long life with minimum maintenance. It is made in 5, 10, 20 and 40 litre sizes, so buyers can match it to small touch-up jobs or long production runs.

Key Features

Lightweight and easy to handle

Greater control with no spilling or interruption of paint supply

Mechanical stirrer keeps paint mixed and avoids colour variation

Pressure regulator and pressure gauge for fine adjustment

Suited to HVLP and low-pressure applications

Gun can be used in any position

Less refilling than a gun cup, so higher productivity and coverage

Long life with minimum maintenance

Available in 5, 10, 20 and 40 litre sizes

Technical Specification

Brand

Pilot

Type

Pressure feed tank (paint pressure pot)

Container sizes

5, 10, 20 and 40 litres

Maximum air inlet pressure

60 psi (4 bar)

Maximum working fluid pressure

60 psi (4 bar)

Fitted with

Stirrer, pressure gauge, pressure regulator

Suitable for

HVLP / low-pressure, fine-adjustment applications

Application

Automotive painting and refinishing

Industrial spray painting

Marine coatings

Wood, ceramic and leather finishing
