The Ralli Wolf RA40HD+ is a heavy-duty industrial ARC welding machine designed for structural steel fabrication, construction, heavy engineering, and industrial maintenance. Operating on a 415V three-phase power supply, it provides an adjustable welding current range of 20–400A for demanding electrode welding applications.

Built with IGBT module technology, the machine is designed to deliver stable arc performance and strong weld penetration. Its Arc Force and Hot Start functions help reduce electrode sticking and improve arc initiation. The integrated Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) supports operator safety, while under-voltage, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection help safeguard the machine during intensive use.
