The Fein CCG 18-125-12 PD AS Set ProCore N00 71221862000 is a professional 18V cordless angle grinder designed for demanding cutting, grinding, deburring, brushing and satin-finishing applications. It combines a compact 125mm angle grinder with the AMPShare battery system and high-capacity ProCORE batteries for powerful cordless performance.

The grinder features a brushless FEIN PowerDrive motor and delivers a continuously variable 2,500–8,500 RPM speed range. FEIN states that the combination of this grinder and the ProCORE battery system can provide up to 45% more cuts than the previous CCG 18 + FEIN High-Power battery system and cutting up to 16% faster than comparable competitor machines.

Its fully enclosed motor housing helps protect the motor against aggressive ceramic and mineral dust, while the decoupled motor design and vibration dampers help provide smoother, low-vibration operation. The tool also incorporates POWERtronic tacho electronics, electronic speed preselection, overload protection, blockage monitoring, soft start, restart protection and a brake.

The AutoStop dead-man switch, tool-free safety guard and quick-clamping nut are designed to improve operator safety and reduce setup time. An integrated LED work light improves visibility around the work area.

Unlike the bare-tool 71221861000, this 71221862000 Set ProCore includes two 18V 8.0Ah ProCORE batteries and one GAL18 V-160 AS rapid charger, together with the L-BOXX 238 carrying case.
