The Fein ABLK 18 1.3 CSE AS Set 71321062000 is a professional 18V cordless nibbler designed for precise and efficient cutting of corrugated sheet metal, profiles and thin metal sheets. Its compact and highly maneuverable design makes it particularly suitable for roofing and façade construction, while also providing excellent performance for interior cut-outs, profile sections, coil sections and notching applications.
Powered by a proven FEIN MultiMaster motor, the nibbler provides a cutting speed of up to 1.9 m/min, helping professionals achieve excellent work progress. It can cut steel up to 1.3 mm at 400 N/mm², while also handling steel up to 0.8 mm at 600 N/mm² and 0.6 mm at 800 N/mm². For aluminium and other non-ferrous metals up to 250 N/mm², the maximum cutting capacity is 2 mm.
The tool-free pivoting cutting head allows the cutting direction to be adjusted through 360° in 45° increments, making it easier to follow curves and complex profiles. The extremely slim gearbox head improves handling, visibility and maneuverability, especially when working on roofing sheets and in restricted spaces.
The integrated QuickIN system enables convenient replacement of the punch and die. The rotating round punch can provide up to 30% longer service life, helping reduce operating and maintenance costs. The electronically adjustable stroke rate also allows cutting performance to be adapted to different materials and applications.
With a 4 mm cutting track width and a minimum curve radius of 15 mm inside / 20 mm outside, the ABLK 18 1.3 CSE AS provides accurate cutting capability for curved and profile work. With a 5 Ah battery, FEIN specifies a cutting capacity of approximately 66 metres in 0.8 mm sheet metal per charge.
The tool is part of the 18V AMPShare battery system and is compatible with Li-ion and ProCORE Li-ion batteries. The 71321062000 Set includes an additional punch and die set, permanent marker, painter's tape, metre rule and L-BOXX 136. Battery and charger are not included in this particular Set version. FEIN lists separate 1×5 Ah and 2×5 Ah versions with battery and charger.
