The Fein ABLS 18 1.6 E AS N00 71300661000 is a professional 18V cordless sheet metal shear engineered for efficient cutting and trimming of thin sheet metal. Powered by the proven FEIN MultiMaster motor, the ABLS 18 1.6 E AS delivers 2,200–3,500 strokes per minute and a cutting speed of 6–9 m/min, allowing users to achieve fast and controlled cutting performance. It can cut steel up to 1.6 mm at 400 N/mm², 1.2 mm at 600 N/mm², and 1.0 mm at 800 N/mm². Non-ferrous metals up to 2.0 mm at 250 N/mm² can also be processed.

The machine features a four-fold reversing blade, which helps provide clean, burr-free cuts while extending blade usability and reducing operating costs. The adjustable stroke allows the cutting action to be adapted to different materials and working conditions.

With a 15 mm minimum curve radius, the ABLS 18 1.6 E AS is designed for precise curved cutting with comparatively low sheet-metal distortion. The unrestricted view of the cutting line helps users maintain better control and accuracy during trimming and cutting operations.

The 18V AMPShare battery interface makes the tool compatible with suitable AMPShare/Bosch Professional 18V batteries. FEIN's COOLPACK 1.0 technology helps support longer battery operating periods, while ECP provides protection against overload, overheating and total discharge.

The N00 71300661000 is the bare-tool configuration, supplied with the shear, fitted plunger and bench blade, hand guard, wrenches and L-BOXX 136. Battery and charger are not included.
