Ultra Touch Silicon Gun Light Duty

The Ultra Touch Silicone Gun (Light Duty) is a manual hand tool designed for the precise dispensing of 300ml sealant and adhesive cartridges. It is commonly used for household repairs, such as sealing gaps around windows, doors, and bathroom fixtures.

Usage Instructions:

1. Load the Cartridge: Press the release lever at the back of the gun and pull the plunger rod all the way out. Insert the 300ml sealant tube into the cradle with the nozzle facing forward.

2. Prepare the Tube: Cut the tip of the sealant tube nozzle at a 45-degree angle. If the tube has an inner foil seal, puncture it using a long nail or the gun's built-in puncture tool if available.

3. Engage the Plunger: Push the plunger rod forward until the plate at the end of the rod is firmly against the bottom of the sealant tube.

4. Application: Hold the gun at a 45-degree angle to the joint. Squeeze the trigger with steady pressure while moving the gun at a consistent speed along the gap.

5. Stopping Flow: To prevent the sealant from continuing to drip after you finish a bead, immediately press the release lever to remove pressure from the plunger.
