The BOSS Black Silicone Sealant is a high-performance, one-part acetoxy cure sealant designed for a wide range of industrial and automotive sealing and bonding applications. It cures at room temperature when exposed to moisture in the air, forming a tough, permanently flexible, and waterproof silicone rubber seal.

Instant Sealing: Provides a fast-curing solution that becomes tack-free in 10-15 minutes, reaching a full cure at a rate of approximately 2-3mm per 24 hours.
Extreme Temperature Stability: Remains effective and flexible across a wide temperature range, from -50°C to 150°C (up to 200°C for Hi-Temp variations), making it suitable for engine and HVAC environments.
Weather & UV Resistance: Virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, ozone, and temperature extremes, ensuring a long-life seal that will not crack, dry out, or become brittle.
Non-Slump Paste: The thick, paste-like consistency allows for easy application on vertical or overhead joints without sagging or running.
Excellent Adhesion: Bonds strongly to most non-porous materials, including metal, glass, ceramics, vulcanized rubber, and many plastics.
