A 1250 A IGBT-inverter submerged arc welding (SAW) machine for high-deposition, heavy structural welding.

The Ralli Wolf RS125 is a submerged arc welder (SAW) with a 112-1250 A output, a 415 V supply, and 64.5 kVA input, built on IGBT technology. It is described as an economical machine for high deposition and radiographic-quality welds with excellent mechanical properties. The DC inverter output gives a stable arc, and the 3-phase 415 V supply suits workshop and plant use. It is widely used for heavy-duty structures such as girders, I-beams, railway undercarriages, and pressure vessels. The MZ 1250 refers to the automatic welding tractor and its 1250 A rating, which carries the welding head along the joint for consistent, repeatable seams on long runs. It is made for fabrication shops, steel plants, railway workshops, and pressure vessel and structural manufacturers. lntsufin.com +2
