The Pilot Single Stage Gas Regulator is built for welding, cutting, brazing and heating work. It brings the high pressure in a gas cylinder down to a steady working pressure at the torch. It is made in two series. The GRA series is for dissolved acetylene, and the GRO series is for oxygen and other compressed gases. Each series comes with a single gauge (cylinder pressure) or double gauges (cylinder and outlet pressure).
The design is easy to operate and maintain. Components are precision machined, the assembly is leak proof, and the poppet pin is stainless steel. A fine mesh sintered filter filters the gas as it enters. An accurate pressure gauge lets the operator read the pressure being used. A hose coupling connects the torch hose.
The GRO series handles carbon dioxide, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, helium, nitrous oxide and other compressed gases. The regulator is also used for purging, process control and beverage applications.
