A punch down tool, which can also be named punch down tool, or Krone tool, is a hand tool widely used to terminate the Ethernet cables by inserting the cable wires into the insulation-displacement connectors (IDC) on the punch down blocks, patch panels, keystone modules, and surface mount of boxes.
