The Ultra Touch Step Drill (4–32mm) is a specialized high-speed steel (HSS) bit designed to drill 15 different hole sizes with a single tool. Its conical shape and stepped increments allow for precise, clean drilling in thin materials like sheet metal, plastic, and wood without the need for multiple bits.

FEATURES:

• Material and Coating: Constructed from premium High-Speed Steel (HSS) with a Titanium Nitride coating. This combination increases surface hardness, reduces friction and heat, and can extend the tool's lifespan up to 4–5 times compared to standard bits.

• Incremental Steps: Features 15 fixed steps in 2mm increments: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, and 32mm. Each step is often laser-marked for easy identification.

• Shank Design: Typically equipped with a triangle or hex shank to prevent slipping in the drill chuck during high-torque operations.

• Self-Deburring: The leading edge of the next step automatically deburrs the hole created by the previous step, resulting in clean, smooth edges
