Have a question?
A 415 V 3-phase drawn arc stud welding machine for welding threaded studs from M3 to M12 onto steel.
The Ralli Wolf RDA-120 is a stud welding machine that fixes studs to metal in a fraction of a second, without drilling, tapping, or bolting. In drawn arc stud welding, a stud is placed in a hand-held stud gun and set on the workpiece. The gun lifts it slightly to draw an arc, which melts the end of the stud and a small spot on the workpiece, and then the stud is plunged back into the melt to form a strong, full-section weld. Welding happens from one side only, so the back of the plate stays clean. The machine takes stud sizes from M3 to M12, and the 3-phase 415 V supply suits workshop and plant use. It is made for steel fabricators, shipbuilders, boiler and tank makers, elevator and switchgear manufacturers, and structural steel contractors.
