The Fein ABLK 18 1.3 CSE AS Nibbler 71321061000 is a compact, powerful and highly maneuverable 18V cordless sheet metal nibbler designed for precise cutting of corrugated sheet metal, profiles and other thin metal materials. It is particularly well suited for roofing and façade construction, where clean cuts, excellent curve capability and easy handling are essential.
Powered by a proven FEIN MultiMaster motor, this cordless nibbler delivers reliable performance with a cutting speed of up to 1.9 m/min. It can cut steel up to 1.3 mm thickness at 400 N/mm², making it suitable for a wide range of professional sheet-metal applications. For harder materials, the maximum capacity is 0.8 mm at 600 N/mm² and 0.6 mm at 800 N/mm². Non-ferrous metals up to 2.0 mm can also be processed.
The tool-free pivoting cutting head allows the cutting direction to be adjusted in 45° increments through 360°, providing excellent flexibility when following curves, profiles and complex cutting paths. Its extremely slim gearbox head improves ergonomics, visibility and maneuverability, especially when working in confined or difficult-to-reach areas.
The nibbler features a 4 mm cutting width, a minimum inside curve radius of 15 mm and outside curve radius of 20 mm, enabling accurate curved and profile cuts with reduced effort. Its electronically adjustable stroke speed allows the cutting performance to be adapted to the material and application.
The integrated QuickIN system enables fast replacement of the punch and die. The rotating round punch helps extend punch service life by up to 30%, while the punch and die can be replaced independently, helping keep operating and maintenance costs low.
The tool is compatible with AMPShare and Bosch Professional 18V batteries, making it a practical choice for users already operating within the AMPShare cordless system. FEIN's battery technology incorporates COOLPACK and ECP protection to help manage heat, overload and deep discharge. Battery and charger are not included with this N00 version.
